		<description>It is kind of inevitable, though, isn't it: the MS factor - get to a certain size and you attract this sort of thing.

		<description>Ahh, very true .. but .. i stick to my guns. They could be in trouble if 100 hundred different lawsuits came against them, even if they were all thrown out or won by Google. People would think something's going on .. and other people would skew the truth to pull down the latest giant.</description>

		<description>IMO: Google are not in "Trouble" if someone decides to file a lawsuit. They are in "Trouble" if a judge/jury agrees with that lawsuit. Innocent before proven Guilty.
